CHILTON TOWN COUNCIL ARE LOOKING TO RECRUIT AN ADMIN SUPPORT ASSISTANT
SALARY: £19,650 (pro rata) – SCP5
LOCATION: Hutton Hose, Durham Road, Chilton DL17 0HE
CONTRACT: 6 Month Temporary Contract (initially), 20 hours per week (flexibility of hours required)
THE ROLE:
The role is to provide front of house receptionist duties with administrative support for the Town Council officers, Members, stakeholders, community groups using the building and members of the public. You will be the first point of contact for anyone wishing to use the Council’s services in person or over the telephone. This role will manage the diary and room booking systems as required and you will be required to provide administrative support (eg photocopying, filing, producing letters, distributing post etc).
The successful candidate should have previous experience of working in a reception / front of house environment and have knowledge of Microsoft IT systems.
This post will be required to complete an enhance DBS.
