Chilton Town Council are looking to appoint a part-time clerical assistant on a temporary basis to provide general clerical support to the Town Clerk and Councillors while a colleague is temporarily away from the office.
The successful candidate will be expected to slot into the role quickly and seamlessly and previous experience of working in a local government administrative setting is therefore essential.
The hourly rate of pay will be £9.50 per hour up to a maximum of 30 hours per week.
