A Free couch to 5k group in Chilton is starting. The group will meet every Tuesday for 10 weeks and is designed to help those wanting to start or get back into running.
Working with qualified run leaders on a weekly basis we take you through a progressive program which will hopefully enable you to have the fitness and confidence to run 5K in just 10 weeks.

When: Tuesdays starting 28th January 2020
